The course will be just 2-3 hours and all equipment and ingredients will be supplied - you just need to bring yourself along. This is a hands-on course and all produce that you make you will take home.

The classes will take place in Oakham, Rutland in The Old Smithy, Burley on the Hill, and there will be no more than six places on each course.Tea, coffee and biscuits provided
