We only accept purchases via this web site from UK customers. Payments are made online with Credit/Debit Card
All products on this web site are sold subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order
By completing an electronic order through our web site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and
accept that you are making an offer to purchase goods, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel their order at any point prior to completion of online payment. Cancellation
after this point and prior to the order being packed will incur a £5 administration fee which
will be deducted from any refunds.
Delivery (UK Customers only)
A Delivery charge will apply to all orders and this is shown in the shopping basket
and checkout summary pages. For delivery to areas outside those shown may be available, please
contact us for details.
Delivery Times
Whilst we aim to despatch all orders in a prompt and efficient manner we do not make any
guarantees on delivery time scales and cannot be held liable for delays in delivering your order.
Receiving your delivery
Despatches may be made by registered mail or courier and in which case a signature may
be required upon delivery.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel and you do not respond to a couriers 'we tried to deliver card',
phone calls or emails in sufficient time and the parcel is returned to us, then
you will be liable for any additional shipping costs. Please see our

We will notify you of any stock shortages and give you the option of cancelling
your order, part of your order for a full/part refund or waiting for stock to arrive.
Faulty/Broken Goods and Returns
We aim to satisfy our customers by providing quality products, and ensuring that they
arrive with you in perfect condition. If for any reason we do not meet
your expectations, please contact us with your complaint and we will endeavour to
resolve it to your satisfaction. If Jam Jar Shop is found to be at fault we will refund or replace the item.
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was despatched. All items must be returned to us
before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in a condition deemed fit for resale unless the item in
question is damaged or faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact our
Customer Services team before returning any items to us.
