Prices
The prices shown on our web site are inclusive of UK VAT and we include a VAT invoice with each delivery.

How can I pay?

Credit/Debit Card
We can accept payment online by credit or debits cards. All transactions are processed on our secure checkout pages and your card payment is authorised in real time. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your card number during this transaction.
PayPal
We can also accept payment by PayPal
Cheque?
We can accept payment by cheque but we will normally delay dispatch until the cheque has cleared. If you wish to pay by either of these means please make your selection and order as usual. Proceed through the checkout pages and select the Place Order and Pay by Cheque option. At this point we be automatically notified of you order and you will be given instructions on how to complete your payment by cheque.

Can I buy in bulk?
We are very happy to receive trade enquiries for bulk orders.

Can I use the lids on my chutneys and pickles?
Yes, all of the twist-off lids are have an acid proof lining to withstand vinegar - temperatures of up to 105 deg C

Do I need to wash the jars?
Yes! If jars are to be used for food use then they must be washed in warm soapy water, rinsed, drained and then gently heated in a moderate oven prior to filling to ensure that they are sterile and free from damage. Take extra care when handling hot jars, and place on a board when filling, to protect work surfaces.

Damaged Goods
We go to great lengths to ensure our glass jars are packed carefully so that they arrive intact.

In the event that items arrive damaged then please unpack very carefully. If you suspect any broken glass then please contact us so we can deal with the situation efficiently.
