We aim to despatch your order within 48 working hours, subject to stock availability.
However, depending on the seasonality of demand and our workload order processing can take up to 3 to 4 working days.
If we are knowingly out of stock of an item this will be shown on the product information page with an estimated date for stock replenishment.
Receiving your parcel
For items sent by courier you should ideally be able to sign for the consignment upon receipt. If you are unable to do this you may provide an alternative delivery address, such as your work address. If your neighbours can take delivery please tells us at checkout where you can enter delivery instructions. If you have a safe place to leave the parcel(s), such as your porch, car port, shed, garage, barn etc then you can request this but the parcel will be left at your own risk.
If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a card with instructions to contact your local depot so that you can arrange a re-delivery or collection. If you do not respond the parcel will eventually be returned to us and will have to be re-sent, incurring a further delivery charge.
